Please review our terms and conditions carefully, as they are the terms of sale on your purchase from MacMall.
Your placement of an order on MacMall is your agreement that these policies are accepted. Please contact us if you have any questions on the terms and conditions before finalising your order.
In these terms and conditions, 'we' and 'us' refers to MacMall, and 'you' means the customer.
If you would like any assistance with products and pricing information, our product professionals are available to assist you Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
If you require assistance outside of these hours, please refer to our support request E-mail system. Your request will be answered during standard working hours.

Although every effort is made to ship your order within two working days, the following should be taken into consideration:Customised products have an approximate 10-12 working day delivery timeframe
Products you have ordered that are not in stock will be shipped once they arrive to us. A MacMall agent will advise you if the product on your order is not currently available.
The following policy offered by MacMall is in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled, under the Trades Practices Act:
If the item is un-opened and in it's original condition, you will be entitled to either a refund or exchange provided the product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products returned without an authorisation from a MacMall agent, will not be accepted, and products must be returned at the cost of the customer. We strongly urge you use a method of return that you can trace, as MacMall does not take responsibility for items that may be lost in transit.
Please note that the following products are not considered for return:
1 - Products that are custom configured to your specifications
2 - Software
3 - iTunes gift cards
Apple products
An Apple product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon it's first use out of the box.
If you believe that your Apple product is DOA, please call AppleCare Technical Support on 1300 321 456 within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. AppleCare Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA, and provide you with a case number. Please contact us with your case number, and you will be provided with a replacement product. We will arrange to collect your DOA product, and will ship your replacement to you at no cost. The replacement product is of the same configuration as the ordered product.
Please note, if the product is not deemed as DOA within 10 days of invoice date, you will be entitled to a service repair, not a replacement.
Non Apple products:
If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact MacMall within 10 calendar days for a returns authorisation. You will be required to send the faulty unit back to us at your cost, and we will offer you the following options:
1 – Replacement of that product.
2 - Refund on your order of the DOA part.
If you discover that a product is defective for any reason, please contact us, and we will provide you with the details of the manufacturer's warranty.
We are pleased to offer products that can be custom built to your specifications. We encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed or modified once it is in production.
All products sold carry a one year limited warranty, against defects in materials and workmanship.
Certain products may be eligible for extended warranty, please contact us for pricing.
We guarantee that every transaction you make at Macmall.com.au will be secured.
All personal information and credit card information, in the order process, is encrypted using a 128 bit secure server.
Macmall.com.au makes use of Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all data provided by you. We make every possible effort, to ensure your personal and credit card information is kept safe and private.
Your products are insured against loss while in transit to you. Once goods are received and accepted, no claims will be accepted as damaged or undelivered by MacMall.
All Software is licensed to you on the terms and conditions of the applicable license agreements. These license agreements are shipped with the Software.
By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage, suffered or incurred by you, arising from shipping/product delays or shortages, as such, is caused by circumstance beyond our control.
We only sell, and ship products within Australia.
These terms and conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Products and performance of the Services and there are no warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us except as expressly stated in the Contract. Any warranty, condition or other term concerning the Products or Services which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated in the Contract by statute, common law or otherwise (including without limitation any implied term as to quality or fitness for purpose) is hereby expressly excluded.
Notwithstanding above conditions, nothing in the Contract excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability implied into this Contract (including any condition, warranty, right or liability imposed by the Trade Practices Act 1974) where to do so is illegal or would render any provision of this Contract void.
Subject to Conditions above, we will not be liable under the Contract for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
"Accessory" means any ancillary Product;
"Macmall.com.au Web Site" means the web site owned and operated by Maccentric Pty Ltd for customers in Australia at http://www.macmall.com.au
"Warranty" means manufacturer's standard warranty.
"Condition" means a condition contained in these terms and conditions;
"Contract" means these terms and conditions together with your Order;
"Hardware" means any Product which is not Software;
"Invoice" means the invoice issued by us to you showing the price of the Products and which is your proof of purchase;
"Order" means an order placed by you in accordance with these terms and conditions;
"Order Confirmation" means the order confirmation issued by us to you indicating receipt of your Order;
"Product" means any product listed on the Macmall.com.au Web Site which we agree to supply to you on these terms and conditions;
"Services" means any services relating to Products (including without limitation warranty and telephone support services) that we agree to supply to you on these terms and conditions;
"Software" means any software comprised in the Products including without limitation operating systems, bundled software and stand alone software;
"Order Number" means the order Id issued by us to you;
"DOA" means any product which fails to fully operate within 10 days of recipt of the product.
